Yoga is a practice; a continual process of learning to align with the actions and attitudes that bring balance and joy to being. My intention is to help each student uncover their unique patterns of mind and body to build a balance of flexibility and strength for a steady, sweaty and sweet practice. Off the mat, I enjoy slow mornings by the sea sipping my Americano, savoring sunsets, trail running, talking to people in person, good music and spontaneous dance parties.
