To Olivia, yoga is a life-long practice in cultivating mindfulness. Yoga helps her to slow down, reflect and get out of her head and into her body. She has been teaching vinyasa and hatha yoga for 6 years now and for the past 3 years her passion for teaching has expanded to include yin, restorative and guided meditation. She is also certified in trauma-sensitive yoga.
